- Does TermLynx work on all documents
- TermLynx has been trained on thousands of legal agreements. Leases, shareholder's agreements, share purchase agreements, credit agreements, and other corporate documents work perfectly on TermLynx.
- How does TermLynx protect my document information?
- TermLynx does not store your documents or the information they contain. It uses a temporary volatile cache, but it never writes document content on disk. See our data security FAQ
- My IT has questions about TermLynx. Can you talk to them?
- We provide a detailed technical documentation for IT professionals and cyber security experts. We would be glad to interface directly with IT to assist it in understanding how we handle sensitive information if the documentation isn't thorough enough.
- How do I download TermLynx?
- TermLynx is a SaaS product, so there's no way to install it directly on your computer. You may use the Add-In Store to add it as an extension for Microsoft Word. That topic will be covered in the tutorial.
- Can we install TermLynx on-premise?
- Only organizations with a minimum of 100 users are eligible for on-premises installation
